The Batch Yard in Everett, Massachusetts is ten minutes from downtown Boston and was the original home of the Charleston Chew Candy Company. Like many old factories, the challenge was to convert this famous candy factory into hip and lively condominiums for people who crave the sweeter side of city living. As a converted candy factory, the lofts feature architectural details unique to the history of the building.

Residents enjoy amenities that include a lounge, bar, pool, fitness area and conference room. Malloy Interiors designed two distinctive model units that reflect this one-of-a-kind environment as well as custom artwork that highlights the history of the building from the 1920’s to the present.
