Dive in to Waterside Place…
Malloy Interiors renovated the main entrance lobby and adjacent leasing office with the goal to make the space feel brighter, more sophisticated, and allows the leasing environment to feel more like a lounge for its residents. Before, the leasing office was divided into separate segments which made the room feel cramped. Once we opened it up, it allowed more daylight to shine through and encouraged people to use the beverage area and central computer/dining area. The lobby mural is the main feature when entering the building and was replaced with a custom mosaic tile work - a nod to the buildings name and location. Our goal was to design a showpiece that was both restful and yet bold enough to handle the expansive space. Walking through the front doors creates an inviting sense of calm…exactly what you hope for when arriving home.
