An urban oasis, re-branded.

 

The recently purchased property underwent a re-branding effort, including renovation of common areas, to broaden its appeal to professionals. With proximity to downtown Boston, the goal was to create high-end amenity spaces for the residents within the existing architecture.

Our concept was developed from Woburn’s rich history of New England architecture and abundant conservation land. “Urban oasis” inspired a palette of saturated colors based in nature which give the public spaces a quiet, refined drama. The clean lines of new furnishings, lighting, window treatments and cabinetry complement the architecture yet result in living areas which are crisp and modern. A classic black and white scheme in the lobby highlights the impressive double staircase and creates a striking first impression and sense of arrival.
