Overlooking Boston’s Seaport, The Via is designed for both luxurious and practical living.  Malloy Interiors designed the furnishings, accessories and artwork for the amenity spaces as well as the model units for these modern, eco-friendly spaces that nourish the mind, body and soul.  Included in this design plan are impeccably crafted contemporary cabinets, Caesarstone quartz counter tops and hard surface plantation plank flooring. The Via is the gateway to downtown Boston with unmatched amenities and entertainment just steps away from your doorstep. 

Lifestyle Boards

Malloy Interiors created six presentation boards used by the Berkshire Group to showcase the apartment finishes for The Benjamin and The Via in Boston's booming Seaport District.   These “lifestyle” boards and the written description of the finishes for each unit invite residents to experience the hottest new luxury apartment high-rise in the vibrant Seaport district.  The Berkshire Group converted these boards into one-page handouts that are an integral part of the Berkshire Group’s marketing and collateral materials.
